Skirt Steak Marinade (Print Version)
Simple marinade combining balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and garlic to tenderize and flavor skirt steak.
# Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds skirt steak.
02 -
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar.
03 -
1/4 cup soy sauce.
04 -
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
05 -
2 teaspoons minced garlic.
06 -
1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 -
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 -
2 tablespoons olive oil.
# Instructions:

Whisk together vinegars, soy sauce, garlic, seasonings and oil.

Combine steak and marinade in bag for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
03 -
Grill or pan-sear on medium-high heat, 6-8 minutes per side.
04 -
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Don't over-marinate.
