→ For the Sloppy Joe

07 - 1 lb ground beef
08 - 1 onion, chopped
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1 teaspoon paprika
13 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
14 - 1 to 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
15 - 8 oz can tomato sauce
16 - 1/4 cup ketchup
17 - 1 tablespoon mustard
18 - 2 tablespoons bbq sauce
19 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into cubes. Toss them with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until they're evenly coated.
02 - Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Shake them around at least a couple times while they're cooking so they get crispy on all sides.
03 - While the potatoes are cooking, brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet. Add the salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
04 - Once the beef is browned, add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and bbq sauce. Stir everything together.
05 - Let the sloppy joe mixture simmer on low heat until the potatoes are ready.
06 - Add the crispy potatoes to the skillet with the sloppy joe mix and stir to combine. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
07 - Put the skillet in the oven under the broiler just until the cheese melts and gets bubbly. Watch it carefully so it doesn't burn!
08 - Take it out of the oven and serve hot. This is comfort food at its best!

# Notes:

01 - If you don't have an air fryer, you can roast the potatoes in a 425-degree oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through.
02 - Season the potatoes to your taste - there's no exact measurement needed!
03 - Make sure your skillet is oven-safe before putting it under the broiler.
04 - This is a complete meal in one skillet - no sides needed!
05 - Leftovers keep in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat well.
