01 -
Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into cubes. Toss them with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until they're evenly coated.
02 -
Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Shake them around at least a couple times while they're cooking so they get crispy on all sides.
03 -
While the potatoes are cooking, brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet. Add the salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
04 -
Once the beef is browned, add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and bbq sauce. Stir everything together.
05 -
Let the sloppy joe mixture simmer on low heat until the potatoes are ready.
06 -
Add the crispy potatoes to the skillet with the sloppy joe mix and stir to combine. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
07 -
Put the skillet in the oven under the broiler just until the cheese melts and gets bubbly. Watch it carefully so it doesn't burn!
08 -
Take it out of the oven and serve hot. This is comfort food at its best!
