→ For the Sloppy Joe Mixture

07 - 1 pound ground beef
08 - 1 onion, chopped
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1 teaspoon paprika
13 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
14 - 1 to 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
15 - 8 oz can tomato sauce
16 - 1/4 cup ketchup
17 - 1 tablespoon mustard
18 - 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce

→ For Topping

19 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized cubes. Toss them with the olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Put them in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times during cooking to make sure they get crispy on all sides.
02 - While the potatoes are cooking, brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Add the salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
03 - Once the beef is browned, add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and BBQ sauce to the skillet. Stir everything together and let it simmer on low heat until the potatoes are ready.
04 - When the potatoes are done and crispy, add them to the skillet with the sloppy Joe mixture and stir everything together. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
05 - Pop the skillet under the broiler in your oven just long enough to melt the cheese - watch it closely so it doesn't burn. Take it out and serve hot. Enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - This whole meal comes together in about 30 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.
02 - If you don't have an air fryer, you can roast the potatoes in the oven at 425 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
03 - Make sure your skillet is oven-safe before putting it under the broiler.
04 - Leftovers reheat really well in the microwave or oven.
