Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1½ pound beef stew meat
02 - 1½ pounds mini potatoes (1 bag)
03 - 1 stick butter, sliced into smaller pieces
04 - 2 tablespoons minced garlic

→ Seasonings (to taste)

05 - Salt
06 - Black pepper
07 - Onion powder
08 - Garlic powder
09 - Italian seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Spray your crockpot with non stick spray.
02 - If time permits, sear steak bites for color and added flavor before adding them to the crockpot, but this step is optional.
03 - Add the stew meat to one side of the crockpot, add the potatoes to the other side of the crockpot and drizzle them with a little oil. Season everything with the seasonings of your choice.
04 - Spoon the garlic over the meat and potatoes as evenly as you can. Then place the pieces of butter across the top of the meat and potatoes.
05 - Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours until the meat is done and reaches 145 degrees.

# Notes:

01 - Searing meat is optional but adds extra flavor.
02 - Best served with simple sides like salad or steamed broccoli.
