Slow Cooker Meatball Pineapple Smokies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce Base

01 - 12 ounces apricot preserves
02 - 1½ cups barbecue sauce

→ Meats & Fruits

03 - 32 ounces frozen beef meatballs
04 - 1 package mini beef smokies (cocktail hot dogs)
05 - 20 ounces pineapple chunks, drained

# Instructions:

01 - Mix apricot preserves and barbecue sauce together in your slow cooker until well combined.
02 - Add the frozen meatballs and mini smokies to the sauce mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
03 - Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours, until everything is heated through.
04 - Stir in the drained pineapple chunks, cover again, and cook for another 20 minutes on high to warm the pineapple.
