S’mores Pinwheels (Print Version)
# Ingredients:

4 tablespoons unsalted butter.

1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows.

5 cups Rice Krispies cereal.

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs.

1½ cups mini chocolate chips.

1½ cups marshmallow fluff.
# Instructions:

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir constantly until they are fully melted. Remove from heat.

Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal and graham cracker crumbs, mixing quickly to combine. The mixture will become sticky, so work fast.

Spread the mixture onto a sheet of wax or parchment paper, pressing it out into a rectangle using a spatula to create an even layer.

Spread the marshmallow fluff evenly across the surface of the Rice Krispies mixture, then sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top.

Starting from a short edge, roll the mixture into a log, peeling back the paper as you go. Press the roll gently to compact it.

Wrap the log in wax paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.

Once set, slice the log into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.

To make rolling easier, lightly grease your hands or the spatula before pressing the Rice Krispies mixture.
