Snickers Apple Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 apples, thinly sliced (mix one tart like Granny Smith and one sweet like Honeycrisp)
02 - ½ cup Greek yogurt
03 - ¼ cup peanut butter, melted for 20-30 seconds
04 - ¼ cup thick caramel sauce
05 - ¼ cup chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, or dark)
06 - ¼ cup chopped peanuts

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a large bowl and add your thinly sliced apples. Using two different kinds of apples gives you the best mix of sweet and tangy flavors.
02 - Spoon the Greek yogurt, melted peanut butter, and caramel sauce right over the apples.
03 - Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts all over the top.
04 - Use a spatula to mix everything together until all the apple slices are coated with the creamy mixture. You can eat it right away or keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

# Notes:

01 - This is a healthier take on traditional Snickers apple salad since it uses Greek yogurt instead of whipped topping and skips the candy bars.
02 - Melt your peanut butter for 20-30 seconds in the microwave so it's easy to drizzle and mix.
03 - Use a thick caramel sauce, not the runny kind, or your salad will get too liquidy.
04 - Natural peanut butter or regular brands like Jif both work great here.
05 - Pick whatever chocolate chips you like best - milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate all taste good.
06 - The apples will start to brown after a day or so in the fridge, but it still tastes fine.
