# Ingredients:

01 - ⅓ cup active sourdough starter (100g).
02 - ¾ cup warm milk (175ml).
03 - 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar (30g).
04 - 4 tablespoons melted butter (57g).
05 - ¾ teaspoon salt (5g).
06 - 1 large egg.
07 - 2½-3 cups bread flour (350-420g).
08 - ½ cup heavy cream (120g).
09 - ¼ cup soft butter for filling (30g).
10 - ⅔ cup dark brown sugar for filling (150g).
11 - 5 teaspoons ground cinnamon (12g).
12 - 2 tablespoons butter for icing (30g).
13 - 2 ounces cream cheese.
14 - 1 tablespoon heavy cream for icing (15g).
15 - ¾ cup powdered sugar (90g).

# Instructions:

01 - Combine starter, sugar, and warm milk in mixer bowl with paddle attachment.
02 - Mix in melted butter, salt, and egg until combined.
03 - Switch to dough hook, add flour gradually until dough becomes tacky but not sticky.
04 - Continue kneading for 5 minutes at medium speed.
05 - Let dough rise until increased by 50%, about 3-7 hours.
06 - Roll dough to 16x12 inches, spread with butter and cinnamon-sugar mixture.
07 - Roll up, cut into 9 pieces, place in greased dish.
08 - Let rise 2-4 hours until puffy.
09 - Pour cream over rolls, bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
10 - Mix butter and cream cheese, add sugar and cream until smooth.
11 - Spread frosting on warm rolls.
