Sour Cream Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups plain flour.
02 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
03 - 3/4 cup caster sugar.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
07 - 1 large egg.
08 - 1 cup sour cream.
09 - 1/2 cup butter, room temperature.
10 - 3 cups powdered sugar.
11 - 1/4 cup sour cream for frosting.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8-inch cake pan.
02 - Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
03 - Blend oil, vanilla, egg and sour cream.
04 - Mix wet into dry ingredients until just combined.
05 - Pour into pan, bake 35-40 minutes.
06 - Beat butter, add sugar and sour cream until smooth.
