Steak Crostini Horseradish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces filet mignon.
02 - 2 tablespoons steak seasoning.
03 - 1 cup sour cream.
04 - 1/4 cup prepared horseradish.
05 - 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard.
06 - 1 teaspoon champagne vinegar.
07 - 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce.
08 - 1/2 tablespoon fresh chives.
09 - 1 baguette, day-old.
10 - 2 tablespoons butter.
11 - 1/4 cup olive oil.
12 - 1 garlic clove.
13 - 1 onion, diced.
14 - 1/4 teaspoon sugar.
15 - Balsamic glaze for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat grill to 450°F. Season steak, grill 4-5 minutes per side until 125°F for medium rare. Rest 10 minutes.
02 - Whisk together sour cream, horseradish, dijon, vinegar, worcestershire, chives, salt and pepper.
03 - Slice baguette. Brush with butter-oil-garlic mixture. Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes per side until crisp.
04 - Cook onions in oil and butter 15-20 minutes until caramelized. Add sugar and cook 3-4 more minutes.
05 - Top each crostini with sauce, sliced steak, onions. Garnish with chives and balsamic.
