Strawberry Banana Pudding (Print Version)

Layered no-bake dessert with strawberry cream cheese pudding, whipped cream filling, fresh strawberries, bananas, and vanilla wafers.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Pudding Mixture

01 - 8 oz strawberry cream cheese spread
02 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
03 - 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
04 - 4 cups whole milk

→ For the Whipped Cream

05 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
06 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ For Layering

08 - 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
09 - 3 cups fresh bananas, sliced
10 - 11 oz vanilla wafers

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, add the strawberry cream cheese spread and sweetened condensed milk. Using an electric hand mixer, blend them together until smooth and creamy.
02 - Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk to the same bowl. Mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes until there are no lumps in the mixture. Set the bowl in the fridge while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
03 - In a separate large mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, whip for 3 to 4 minutes until it becomes fluffy whipped cream consistency.
04 - Remove the pudding mixture from the fridge. Gently fold it into the whipped cream until smooth and well combined.
05 - In the bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole dish, make a layer of sliced strawberries, then a layer of vanilla wafers, then sliced bananas. Top with a thin layer of the pudding mixture. Shake the baking dish gently to allow the pudding to settle between the layers.
06 - Repeat the layering process two more times - strawberries, wafers, bananas, pudding. Finish by topping with the remaining strawberries, bananas, and vanilla wafers.
07 - Cover the dish and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours until everything is chilled and the flavors have melded together. Serve cold and enjoy this creamy, fruity dessert!

# Notes:

01 - This is a no-bake dessert, perfect for hot summer days or when you don't want to turn on the oven.
02 - The strawberry cream cheese spread adds extra flavor and keeps the pudding creamy.
03 - Folding the whipped cream gently into the pudding keeps it light and fluffy.
04 - The longer this sits in the fridge, the better - the wafers soften and absorb the flavors.
05 - Slice the bananas close to when you're ready to layer so they don't brown.
06 - Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. The banana flavor holds better the first day.
