Strawberry Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownies

01 - 3/4 cup (168g) unsalted butter, cubed
02 - 8 oz (226g) white chocolate bars, chopped
03 - 2 eggs
04 - 2 egg yolks
05 - 1 1/4 cups (250g) granulated sugar
06 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
07 - 1 3/4 cups (219g) all-purpose flour
08 - 3/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 2 1/2 cups (50g) freeze-dried strawberries

→ Icing

10 - 2 cups (270g) powdered sugar
11 - 2-3 tablespoons whole milk
12 - 1/4 cup (5g) freeze-dried strawberries

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x9 pan and line with parchment.
02 - Melt butter and white chocolate in double boiler, stirring constantly.
03 - Whisk eggs, yolks, sugar and vanilla until pale. Add melted chocolate mixture.
04 - Fold in flour and salt. Grind strawberries and fold in.
05 - Pour into pan and bake 28-31 minutes. Cool completely.
06 - Mix powdered sugar, milk and ground strawberries. Pour over brownies and let set before cutting.

01 - Use high-quality white chocolate
02 - Grind strawberries just before using
03 - Cool completely before icing
