# Ingredients:

02 - ½ cup powdered sugar
03 - ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
04 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
05 - 1 ½ cups whipped cream (or Cool Whip)

→ For the Strawberry Topping

06 - 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
07 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
08 - 1 tsp lemon juice
09 - 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (for thickening, optional)

→ For the Graham Cracker Crumble

10 - 1 cup crushed graham crackers
11 - ¼ cup melted butter
12 - 2 tbsp brown sugar

→ Toppings

13 - Whipped cream
14 - Extra strawberries
15 - Drizzle of strawberry sauce

# Instructions:

01 - In a saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until strawberries break down. (Optional) Add cornstarch slurry and simmer until thickened. Let cool completely.
02 - Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and brown sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
03 - Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Gently fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
04 - Add a layer of graham cracker crumbs to a cup. Spoon in cheesecake filling, then add strawberry topping. Repeat layers if desired. Top with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and extra graham crumbs.
05 - Let chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
