# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - ¼ cup powdered sugar
03 - ½ tsp vanilla extract
04 - ½ cup heavy whipping cream

→ For the Strawberry Topping

05 - 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
06 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
07 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
08 - 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

→ For the Doughnut Burger

09 - 2 glazed doughnuts (per serving)
10 - Extra whipped cream (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until ready to use.
02 - In a saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes until the strawberries release their juices. If thicker consistency is desired, mix 1 tsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp water and stir it in. Remove from heat and let cool.
03 - Slice each glazed doughnut in half (or keep whole if you prefer). Spread a thick layer of cheesecake filling on the bottom doughnut. Spoon strawberry topping over the cheesecake layer. Top with the second doughnut.
