# Ingredients:

05 - 4 eggs
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

09 - 8 slices thick brioche or French bread
10 - 2 tablespoons butter

→ Garnish

11 - 4 strawberries, sliced
12 - 4 tablespoons whipped cream
13 - 4 tablespoons maple syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Wash, dry, and remove stems from 1 cup of strawberries. Cut into small bite-sized pieces and set aside.
02 - Combine cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix until smooth, then gently stir in diced strawberries.
03 - Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl until evenly combined.
04 - Spread the cheesecake filling evenly onto 4 slices of bread, leaving a border near the crust. Place another slice of bread on top and press the edges to seal.
05 - Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, allowing the excess to drip off. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
06 - Top with additional sliced strawberries, whipped cream, and maple syrup before serving.
