Fresh Strawberry Mango Popsicles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Strawberry Layer

01 - 3 cups strawberries
02 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
03 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup

→ Mango Layer

04 - 3 cups cubed mango
05 - 1/3 cup orange juice

# Instructions:

01 - Add the strawberries, maple syrup and lime juice to a small pot on medium heat and let cook for 5-10 minutes until the strawberries begin to soften. (This step is optional, but will intensify the flavour of the strawberries.)
02 - Add the strawberry mixture to a blender, blend until smooth. Divide the strawberry mixture evenly into your popsicle moulds.
03 - Clean the blender then add the mango and orange juice and blend until smooth. Divide the mango mixture evenly into the popsicle moulds.
04 - You can optionally use a knife or a chopstick to make swirls in each popsicle mould to give the popsicles a marble effect.
05 - Add the cover to the mould and popsicle sticks and place in the freezer overnight.
06 - To remove the popsicles from the moulds, run them under warm water for 30 seconds, then gently pull on the popsicle sticks.

# Notes:

01 - Cooking strawberries intensifies their flavor but is optional.
02 - Create marbled effect by swirling layers with a knife or chopstick.
