# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Cups

01 - 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough or homemade equivalent

→ Cheesecake Filling

02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Swirl & Garnish

05 - ⅓ cup strawberry jam, warmed slightly
06 - Fresh strawberries or chocolate shavings (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Divide dough into 12 portions. Press each into muffin cups, forming a thick crust up the sides. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden.
02 - Immediately use a spoon to press down centers to form wells. Cool 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
03 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
04 - Pipe or spoon filling into cooled cups. Drizzle with warmed jam and swirl with a toothpick. Chill 1 hour to set.
05 - Top with sliced strawberries or chocolate before serving.
