Immediately use a spoon to press down centers to form wells. Cool 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Pipe or spoon filling into cooled cups. Drizzle with warmed jam and swirl with a toothpick. Chill 1 hour to set.
