01 -
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle flour on a cutting board for rolling the dough.
02 -
Remove pizza dough from package and place on floured board. Roll out into a 20x14-inch rectangle using a rolling pin. Cut into 4 strips, each about 5 inches wide.
03 -
On each dough strip, add ½ cup scrambled eggs mixed with garlic powder, ½ cup shredded cheese, and 2 tablespoons crumbled bacon. Roll tightly and pinch the ends to seal completely.
04 -
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring 5 cups of water to a light boil. Add baking soda and stir until completely dissolved.
05 -
Working one at a time, carefully add each pretzel roll to the boiling water and boil for exactly 20 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on the prepared baking sheet.
06 -
Brush each boiled roll with beaten egg and sprinkle evenly with salt. Using a sharp knife, cut three diagonal slits on top of each roll.
07 -
Bake for 15-17 minutes until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
08 -
While rolls are finishing in the oven, mix melted butter with salt. Brush the hot baked rolls with butter mixture and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
