Stuffed Brie Cheese Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 wheel brie cheese
02 - 1 refrigerated pizza dough
03 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
04 - 2 tablespoons pizza sauce

→ Toppings

05 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 5 pepperoni slices
07 - Fresh minced basil for garnish
08 - Grated parmesan cheese for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cut and remove rind from top of brie wheel only.
03 - Place brie in center of rolled dough. Cut dough into circle large enough to cover sides.
04 - Top brie with garlic, pizza sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni.
05 - Pinch dough around top edge of brie. Bake 20 minutes until cheese melts and crust browns.
06 - Sprinkle with basil and parmesan. Serve immediately.
