Boil unpeeled sweet potatoes in a large pot for 30-40 minutes until fork-tender.

Drain and cool potatoes under running water.

Heat oven to 350°F.

Cut potatoes and remove skins.

Mix potatoes, butter, salt, and orange juice until fluffy.

Fold in drained pineapple.
