Sweet & Spicy Korean Fried Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 kg chicken wings.
02 - Salt and pepper to taste.
03 - 1 cup cornstarch.
04 - Oil for frying.
05 - 1/4 cup soy sauce.
06 - 1/4 cup honey.
07 - 2 tbsp gochujang.
08 - 1 tbsp minced garlic.
09 - 1 tsp grated ginger.
10 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar.
11 - 1 tbsp sesame oil.
12 - Sesame seeds for garnish.
13 - Sliced green onions for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken wings with salt and pepper. Coat evenly in cornstarch.
02 - Heat oil to 350°F. Fry chicken in batches until golden, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
03 - Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until thickened, about 5 minutes.
04 - Toss fried chicken in sauce until evenly coated.
05 - Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

# Notes:

01 - Dry chicken well before coating.
02 - Adjust gochujang for spice level.
03 - Let sauce cool slightly before tossing.
