01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1 ounce packet taco seasoning
03 - ¾ cup water
04 - 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro (optional)
05 - 12 ounce can refrigerated biscuits (or two 6 ounce cans)
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

04 - Stir in the cilantro and take off the heat.
05 - Separate the biscuits and place them into greased muffin tins. Press the dough up and along the sides.
06 - Divide the meat mixture between muffins (you may have just a small amount left over).
07 - Sprinkle each one with shredded cheddar cheese.
08 - Bake for 10-12 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

# Notes:

01 - These are perfect for kids' lunches, game day appetizers, or a fun dinner.
02 - Try topping with sour cream, diced tomatoes, or sliced avocado after baking.
