Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb chicken breast, diced
02 - 2 cups cooked jasmine rice

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 cup broccoli florets
04 - 1 cup julienned carrots

→ Sauce and Seasonings

05 - ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
06 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil

→ Garnish

07 - Sesame seeds
08 - Sliced green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Heat sesame oil in skillet and cook diced chicken until browned. Add teriyaki sauce and simmer 2-3 minutes.
02 - Steam broccoli and carrots until tender-crisp.
03 - Divide rice between bowls, top with chicken and vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
