Spinach Lasagna (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 oz (250g) lasagna sheets.
02 - 3 cups marinara sauce.
03 - 17 oz frozen spinach (2 cups thawed).
04 - 24 oz ricotta cheese.
05 - 5 oz parmesan cheese, freshly grated.
06 - 9 oz mozzarella cheese (fresh or shredded).
07 - Salt and black pepper to taste.
08 - Fresh basil for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Drain spinach thoroughly.
03 - Mix spinach, ricotta, and ¾ of parmesan. Season mixture with salt and pepper.
04 - Spread ½ cup marinara in baking dish.
05 - Layer lasagna sheets, add ½ cup marinara, spread ¼ of spinach-ricotta mix, and top with ⅕ of mozzarella.
06 - Repeat layers three more times.
07 - Top with final pasta and sauce, then finish with remaining cheeses.
08 - Bake 25-30 minutes until golden.
09 - Rest 10 minutes before serving.
10 - Garnish with fresh basil.

# Notes:

01 - Can use fresh spinach (2 cups cooked).
02 - If using fresh mozzarella, drain on paper towels first.
03 - Let lasagna rest for clean slices.
