10-Minute Tuna Melt Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wrap Base

01 - 1 can (5 oz) skipjack or yellowfin tuna
02 - 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
03 - 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
04 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
05 - 1/4 cup corn
06 - 1/4 cup diced red onion
07 - 1 tablespoon dill relish or capers
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Assembly

10 - 1 burrito-sized wrap (at least 10 inches)
11 - 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - Olive oil for grilling

# Instructions:

01 - Combine drained tuna with yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, corn, onion, relish, garlic powder, and pepper.
02 - Warm tortilla briefly. Layer cheese and tuna mixture, leaving space at edges.
03 - Fold sides in, then bottom up. Roll away from you, keeping filling tight.
04 - Cook in oiled skillet 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
