Tzatziki Chicken & Veggie Naan Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Base

01 - 2 large naan breads
02 - 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce, homemade or store-bought
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ For the Toppings

04 - 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
05 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
06 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
07 - 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
08 - 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
09 - 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Place the naan breads on a baking sheet. Spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan, leaving a small border around the edges.
03 - Scatter the cooked chicken evenly over the tzatziki. Follow with red onion slices, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
04 - Lightly drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the naan are crisp and golden.
06 - Remove from the oven and immediately add fresh spinach leaves. The residual heat will slightly wilt the spinach.
07 - Garnish with chopped fresh dill or parsley before slicing. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - For a vegetarian version, omit the chicken or replace with chickpeas
02 - You can substitute pita bread if naan is unavailable
03 - Leftover rotisserie chicken works perfectly for this recipe
04 - For a crispier crust, pre-bake the naan for 2-3 minutes before adding toppings
