Vegan Bang Bang Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium cauliflower (4 cups florets).
02 - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 1-1.5 cups non-dairy milk.
04 - 1-2 cups Panko breadcrumbs.
05 - 1 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.
06 - 1 cup vegan mayo.
07 - 1-2 teaspoons sriracha.
08 - 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast.
09 - Seasonings (garlic, onion, ginger powder).
10 - Salt and pepper.
11 - Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking tray. Mix flour with seasonings.
02 - Make batter with flour mix and milk. Coat cauliflower pieces then roll in Panko.
03 - Bake 30 minutes total, flipping halfway. Should be golden and crispy.
04 - Mix sweet chili sauce, vegan mayo, sriracha, and seasonings.
05 - Toss cauliflower in sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
