Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1 1/3 cups gluten-free flour
02 - 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
03 - 3/8 teaspoon baking soda
04 - 3/4 pinch sea salt
05 - 1/4 cup classic monkfruit sweetener
06 - 3/8 cup plus 2 tablespoons brown monkfruit sweetener

→ Wet Ingredients

07 - 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons avocado oil
08 - 1/4 cup almond milk
09 - 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Mix-ins

10 - 3/8 cup vegan dark chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl, wet ingredients in another. Combine both mixtures.
02 - Fold in chocolate chips.
03 - Cover and refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes.
04 - Roll into 2 tablespoon balls, flatten to desired thickness.
05 - Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
06 - Cool on baking sheet 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.

02 - Can use regular sugar instead of monkfruit
03 - Requires chilling time
