Hot Honey Feta Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 400g block feta cheese, rinsed.
02 - 100g soft goat cheese (or cream cheese).
03 - 1 clove garlic, grated or minced.
04 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
05 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
06 - 3 tablespoons hot honey, plus more for serving.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse feta cheese to reduce saltiness, pat dry.
02 - Mince or grate the garlic.
03 - Add all ingredients to food processor: feta, goat cheese, garlic, oregano, thyme, hot honey, and pepper.
04 - Process until smooth and creamy, scraping sides as needed.
05 - Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
06 - Transfer to serving dish, drizzle with extra hot honey, garnish with herbs.

# Notes:

01 - Best served at room temperature.
02 - Can use cream cheese instead of goat cheese.
03 - Keeps in fridge up to 5 days.
04 - Use block feta for creamiest results.
05 - Great for make-ahead.
