White Chocolate Brownie Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, melted (2 sticks)
02 - 2 cups regular sugar
03 - 4 large eggs, room temperature
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla
05 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour
06 - ½ teaspoon salt

→ Mix-ins & Toppings

07 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
08 - 1 cup colorful M&M's, plus extra for sprinkling on top

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Grab a 12-inch pizza pan and either grease it well or line with parchment for easy removal later.
02 - In a big bowl, stir together the melted butter and sugar until it looks glossy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Pour in the vanilla and give it another good stir.
03 - Whisk flour and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to your wet mixture. Stir just until combined - don't overmix!
04 - Fold in the white chocolate chips and 1 cup of M&M's with a spatula. The batter will be thick and colorful.
05 - Spread the batter evenly in your pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 25-30 minutes. You'll know it's done when the edges turn golden and a toothpick comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
06 - Let it cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, sprinkle extra M&M's on top, slice into wedges like a pizza, and enjoy!
