White Chocolate Chip Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
02 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
05 - 1 large egg.
06 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
08 - 1 cup white chocolate chips.
09 - Sea salt for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets.
02 - Beat butter and sugars until smooth and creamy.
03 - Add vanilla and egg, then flour and baking soda. Stir in chips.
04 - Roll into 1.5 tablespoon balls.
05 - Cook 10-11 minutes until edges golden.
06 - Add extra chips while warm, sprinkle with salt.
