Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Fill the donut pan about halfway with the batter. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the donuts cool completely.

In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the strawberry jam and chopped strawberries.
