Turn oven on to 350°F and line your cookie sheet with parchment or a baking mat.

Put flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk together.

Beat butter with both sugars until smooth using your mixer.

Mix in egg and vanilla, then stir in shredded zucchini.

Add your flour mix and stir just until combined.

Fold in the oats and chocolate chips.

Drop spoonfuls of dough on your cookie sheet, leaving space between each.

Press a few more chocolate chips on top if you want them extra chocolatey.
