Cooking Memories

One of the dishes I remember learning from my grandmother is chicken paprikash. She taught me to keep the heat very low when stirring sour cream into the paprika sauce so it stays smooth. I still follow that little instruction whenever I make the dish for my family; the smell of sweet paprika brings me back to her kitchen and the care she put into every meal.

Growing Up in the Kitchen

After years of cooking family recipes, I discovered ways to make them more accessible for everyone. Working with food taught me that great cooking is all about having fun and following simple steps. Today, I focus on recipes that work in every kitchen, using ingredients you can easily find at your local store.

Sharing Joy Through Cooking

On recipesbyclare.com, I share recipes that bring back those warm kitchen memories. Whether it’s for a quick dinner or a weekend baking project, each recipe is tested to perfection. My goal is to help you create your own special moments in the kitchen. With me, Clare Greco, let’s make cooking a fun adventure together!
