Almond Bark Cookies (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds white almond bark, chopped.
02 - 1 cup crunchy peanut butter.
03 - 1 cup peanuts, roasted and salted.
04 - 2 cups mini marshmallows.
05 - 3 cups crispy rice cereal.

Instructions:

01 - Chop the almond bark and melt it in a large pan over low heat.
02 - Stir in the crunchy peanut butter until well combined with the melted almond bark.
03 - Let the mixture cool slightly to avoid melting the marshmallows.
04 - Add peanuts, mini marshmallows, and crispy rice cereal, stirring gently until well combined.
05 - Scoop the mixture to your desired size and drop onto wax paper.
06 - Let the cookies cool and set before serving.
