1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (for meatloaf topping).

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, pickles, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish or loaf pan.

Lay bacon slices over the loaf, tucking the ends underneath.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the bacon.

In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to make the glaze. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the loaf.
