Cheeseburger Meatloaf (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb Ground Beef (for meatloaf).
02 - 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs (for meatloaf).
03 - 1/4 cup Milk (for meatloaf).
04 - 1/4 cup Ketchup (for meatloaf).
05 - 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Onion (for meatloaf).
06 - 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Dill Pickles (for meatloaf).
07 - 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced (for meatloaf).
08 - 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (for meatloaf).
09 - 1/2 tsp Salt (for meatloaf).
10 - 1/4 tsp Black Pepper (for meatloaf).
11 - 4 Slices Bacon (for meatloaf topping).
12 - 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (for meatloaf topping).
13 - 1/4 cup Ketchup (for glaze).
14 - 1 tbsp Brown Sugar (for glaze).
15 - 1 tbsp Mustard (for glaze).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, pickles, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
03 - Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish or loaf pan.
04 - Lay bacon slices over the loaf, tucking the ends underneath.
05 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the bacon.
06 - In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to make the glaze. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the loaf.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C) and the bacon is crispy.
08 - Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
