Banana Foster Cheesecake Cups (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
02 - ½ cup powdered sugar.
03 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
04 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped.
05 - 2 ripe bananas, sliced.
06 - ¼ cup brown sugar.
07 - ¼ cup unsalted butter.
08 - 1 tbsp rum (optional).
09 - 1 tsp cinnamon.
10 - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs.
11 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted.
12 - 2 tbsp sugar.

Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of individual serving cups to create a crust layer.
02 - In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix until well incorporated. Gently fold in whipped cream until fluffy and combined.
03 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add brown sugar, stirring until it dissolves. Add banana slices and cook for 2-3 minutes, gently stirring to coat in the sauce. If using rum, add it carefully and cook for another minute. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
04 - Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each cup. Add a generous spoonful of the banana foster topping over the cheesecake layer.
05 - Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
06 - Garnish with extra banana slices and a drizzle of caramel sauce, if desired.
