Banana Cheesecake Cones (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
04 - 1 cup sour cream.
05 - 1 cup heavy cream.
06 - 1/2 cup banana puree (about 2 ripe bananas).
07 - 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers.
08 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional).
09 - 2 cups whole milk.
10 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
11 - 1/4 cup cornstarch.
12 - 1/4 tsp salt.
13 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
14 - 2 ripe bananas, sliced.
15 - 12 ice cream cones (waffle or sugar cones).
16 - Whipped cream (optional).
17 - Additional sliced bananas (optional).
18 - Extra crushed vanilla wafers (optional).

Instructions:

01 - In a saucepan, whisk together milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in vanilla extract. Cool and refrigerate.
02 - Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix in sour cream and heavy cream. Fold in banana puree, crushed vanilla wafers, and cinnamon (if using). Chill for 30 minutes.
03 - Stand cones upright. Fill each cone with cheesecake filling, then top with banana pudding.
04 - Garnish with whipped cream, sliced bananas, and extra crushed vanilla wafers if desired.
05 - Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
