Candy Pretzel Bites (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 120 pretzel snaps.
02 - 60 mini candy bars.
03 - 2 cups white chocolate chips.
04 - 1/4 cup assorted Christmas sprinkles.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 250°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
02 - Place the pretzel snaps on the prepared sheet.
03 - Position a mini candy bar atop each pretzel snap.
04 - Warm them in the oven for about 3 to 4 minutes, until the chocolate begins to soften but holds its form.
05 - Remove from the oven and gently press another pretzel onto each candy bar.
06 - Let them cool and allow the chocolate to set.
07 - Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second bursts at half power, stirring until smooth.
08 - Partially dip each pretzel bite into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
09 - Allow the bites to cool until the chocolate is firm.
