Caramel Pecan Cupcakes (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - Cupcakes: 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened, 2 large eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup milk, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt.
02 - Topping: 1 cup pecan halves, chopped, 1/2 cup caramel sauce.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tray with liners.
02 - In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until smooth.
04 - Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full with the batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before adding toppings.
05 - Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of each cooled cupcake. Sprinkle generously with chopped pecans.
