Loaded Meatloaf Casserole (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb Ground Beef (for meatloaf).
02 - 1/2 lb Ground Pork (for meatloaf).
03 - 1 Small Onion (finely chopped, for meatloaf).
04 - 1 cup Breadcrumbs (for meatloaf).
05 - 1/2 cup Milk (for meatloaf).
06 - 1 Large Egg (for meatloaf).
07 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (for meatloaf).
08 - 2 tsp Salt (for meatloaf).
09 - 1 tsp Black Pepper (for meatloaf).
10 - 1 tsp Garlic Powder (for meatloaf).
11 - 2 cups Mashed Potatoes (for toppings).
12 - 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (for toppings).
13 - 1/2 cup Cooked, Crumbled Bacon (for toppings).
14 - 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions (for garnish).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, pork, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined.
03 - Press the meat mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
04 - Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the meatloaf layer.
05 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mashed potatoes, followed by crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the meat is fully cooked.
07 - Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!.
