Chocolate Chip Cupcakes (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 1/2 cup milk.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
03 - In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
04 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
05 - Fold in the chocolate chips.
06 - Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
07 - Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack.
08 - Drizzle the cooled cupcakes with melted white chocolate and dark chocolate. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top for garnish.
