Ingredients:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs.

4 tbsp melted butter.

¼ cup sugar.

1 tsp cinnamon.

16 oz cream cheese, softened.

1 tsp vanilla extract.

2 large eggs.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish.

In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs, beating until well mixed. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the prepared crust.

In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle generously over the cheesecake layer.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set. Allow the bars to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
