Chicken Sliders Casserole (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs chicken breasts (cooked and shredded).
02 - 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened).
03 - 1 cup ranch dressing.
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon (crumbled).
06 - 1/2 cup green onions (chopped).
07 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
08 - 1/2 tsp onion powder.
09 - 1/4 tsp black pepper.
10 - 1 (12-pack) slider buns.
11 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted).
12 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, mix 2 lbs shredded chicken, 1 package softened cream cheese, 1 cup ranch dressing, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup crumbled bacon, 1/2 cup chopped green onions, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until well combined.
03 - Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
04 - Slice 12 slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on top of the chicken mixture.
05 - Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the buns.
06 - Brush the tops of the buns with 2 tbsp melted butter.
07 - Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the buns are golden and the cheese is melted.
08 - Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy these hearty sliders straight from the casserole!.
