Cream Cheese Banana Bread (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - Baking soda: 1 teaspoon.
02 - Ground cinnamon: 1/4 teaspoon.
03 - Salt: 1/2 teaspoon.
04 - All-purpose flour: 1 1/2 cups.
05 - Unsalted butter, softened: 1/2 cup.
06 - Granulated sugar: 1 cup.
07 - Eggs: 2 large.
08 - Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon.
09 - Ripe bananas, mashed: 3.
10 - Sour cream: 1/4 cup.
11 - Cream cheese, softened: 4 ounces.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with butter or nonstick spray.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
03 - In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with the sugar until light and fluffy.
04 - Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract, then fold in the mashed bananas and sour cream.
05 - In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
06 - Pour half of the banana mixture into the loaf pan, then layer with the cream cheese spread. Top with the remaining banana batter.
07 - Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
08 - Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy.
