Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin.

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning.

2 tbsp olive oil.

2 tbsp butter.

1 cup heavy cream.

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese.

1 tsp garlic powder.

1 tsp paprika.

Salt & pepper, to taste.

8 oz penne pasta.

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).
Instructions:

Rub Cajun seasoning on chicken, ensuring an even coat. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high, and cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Meanwhile, boil penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and salt & pepper. Stir for 3-4 minutes until thickened.

Toss pasta in the creamy sauce. Slice cooked chicken and place on top.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
