Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks (Print Version)
Ingredients:

8 mozzarella cheese sticks or string cheese.

½ cup all-purpose flour.

2 large eggs (beaten).

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs.

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese.

1 tsp garlic powder.

1 tsp Italian seasoning.

1 tsp paprika (optional).

Salt and pepper to taste.

Non-stick cooking spray.
Instructions:

Unwrap cheese sticks and freeze them on a parchment-lined baking sheet for at least 1 hour.

Prepare three bowls: flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and a mixture of Panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper in the third.

Roll each frozen cheese stick in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to ensure the breading sticks.

Place the coated cheese sticks back on the sheet and freeze for another 10–30 minutes to secure the breading.

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray. Arrange the sticks in a single layer and spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.

Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
