Ingredients:

2 large croissants.

4 large eggs.

1/4 cup milk.

1/4 tsp salt.

1/4 tsp black pepper.

2 tbsp unsalted butter.

2 slices cheddar cheese.

4 slices cooked bacon.

1/2 avocado (sliced, optional).
Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.

Melt 2 tbsp unsalted butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until eggs are scrambled and fully cooked. Set aside.

Cut 2 croissants in half horizontally and lightly toast them in the same skillet until golden brown.

Place 1 slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each croissant. Add scrambled eggs, 2 slices of cooked bacon per sandwich, and top with additional cheese if desired.

Add sliced avocado on top for extra creaminess.

Close sandwiches with the top half of the croissant and serve immediately.
