Candy Corn Fudge (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups candy corn.
02 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk.
03 - 3 cups white baking chips.
04 - ½ tsp vanilla extract.
05 - ¼ cup butter.
06 - 3-5 drops yellow food coloring.
07 - 1-2 drops orange food coloring.

Instructions:

01 - Line a 9-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, wrapping it over the edges. Spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white baking chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
03 - Remove from the microwave and stir in the vanilla extract. Add food coloring (yellow and orange) and mix until the color is well blended.
04 - Stir in 1 cup of candy corn into the fudge mixture. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
05 - Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of candy corn on top.
06 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the foil edges and slice into squares.
