Hamburger Potato Casserole (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1½ lbs ground beef.

4 large potatoes, thinly sliced.

1 medium onion, chopped.

2 cloves garlic, minced.

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
06 -
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup.

½ cup milk.

Salt and pepper to taste.

1 tbsp olive oil (optional).
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, cook 1½ lbs ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.

(Optional) Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic in olive oil until soft.

Mix cooked beef with onions, garlic, salt, and pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix condensed cream of mushroom soup with milk until smooth.

In a greased 9x13-inch dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, then half of the beef mixture, and pour half of the soup mixture over. Repeat layers.

Top with 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until golden.

Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
